So I've been sick on and off and it's really throwing my training off schedule.
monday - 2kswim
Tues- WAY too many aches and pains, slept for 4 hours, and didn't wake up on time for work :S.
Today: got to work, did the morning portion, then went to the baray..... SLEPT there, even thought it was uncomfortable............. for 3 hours.... I'm thinking that I need to rest ASAP...

thurs: OFF
Fri: b-ball in the AM, followed by afternoon running/swimming with THE VASH..
(sandie's bday thing)
SAt: inservice in the AM..... boooooo..... then paper-ing...
Snow patrol.. maybe.......
Sunday: OFF....
