Training past week:
sun Jul 1: walked around Downtown + shopping (that has to count for something)
Biked to work and back, + to the beaches (~20k)
Mon: HOLIDAY!!!! RUN rosedale valley road (~ 5-6k)
tues: (kensington - more walking) biked to the beaches (~20k)
Wed: SWIM (~ 2k) I suck
Thurs: LONG DAY!!! - guard bash (danced it off)
Fri: extreme biking + running
Sat: WALKED WALKED WALKED!!! (~ 15k +)
