Besides the fitness I had to do (avg. 37 in benson - slower than last time, but I've been spotty with training)
I'm very hard on myself, and I need to take gordo's advice: the biggest thing that stands in the way of athletes is the self-destruction of a person's health and mental capacity.
NExt week: 4 exams, done done done! Re-focusing is in tact.
