back with a vengence/

So where have I been...... Around.

Too many concerts and parties making me sick... thus, unable to run or do anything other than think about sleeping.

I'm back now, and it's less than a month till Around the Bay in Hamilton.

I'm super excited, but I know that I have to UP my training like quick-fast!
Longest run to date: 18k, want to do up to 25/27k before March 20th. It'll happen.

Tmr I'll do a 17k run/.... we'll see if the weather is co-operating.

On to a rant:
There is a work-pawner, that feels entitled to pwn off clients onto other instructors.... this enfurriates me. Not only do we NOT know your clients but their parents are there too and wonder why you are teaching their kids..... To make matters worse, work-pwner is the boss....

ooooo lordy. Just becuase I'm not teaching right now, doesn't mean I automatically get to teach your client so you can have a break... or prepare for the next session.... (rolls eyes)
