27: nice work
Albeit: suffereing from a COLD.
Last week: 38km (busted out early i nthe week, laid low becuase of World Cup action, and hot hot heat from the Canada Day long weekend
Current state: stuffy!

M^4: Berry Muffins are addictive when they put almond extract in their crust... mmmmmmmmmmmmm
