Part 2 of insane week

Monday did START off with a bang, and I new appreication for life.

started with a brisk 40min swim. FINALLY!
AFter my lovely week of outing, I was refreshed, recharged and had a date with Vash for running outside. Not only was the whether fabulous the run was amazing. Up until that point I had not run more than 6k since returning to this side of the world.

There we were waiting for each other to stop at around 5k, but we continued and pushed through completing a nice 7+/8k run. It was amazing, pace was fanatasitc finsihed it in 48 min.

tues: Recharged from the long outdoor run, resulted in RAINed in Tuesday morning run. BUt I completed 35 laps.. 36 laps .. about 4.5 miles OR 7.2k
good times good times.

Wed: not enough time, but I completed a good 4k run in 22 min... not bad seeing as I was pressed for time.

R: rest/ not really... = going out for friends birthday until 2:30am.
Friday: lots of activity and crazy dancing via SHOUT OUT OUT OUT OUT

Overall stats:
S: 6k, B: 52k, R: 20+k

Fall is actually coming

Week 2 consisted of PARTYing hard and lack of training. No discipline at all. I'm very disappointed in myself (as I speak in self-motivating terms.)

Mon: !!!
Tues: Wintersleep
Wed: Dinner w/ Vash at the One
thurs: JUSTICE - will do a brief of that
Fri, Sat: CRASHED! low energy, just plan sucked- plus sickness from lack of sleep.
Sun: recouppped - Dinner date.

Now that week 3 is under way I feel a lot better about the time constraints and the general notion that I'm in this state of training becuase I feel motivated enough to do it.

Monday started off with bang!

rekindled committment, or spur of the moment

So it's October, and I've made a NEW self-committment to drop 100lbs and run 5 marathons...

yeah right!

Seriously I'm sooo proud of vash and Liz with their new found running joys that I'm jealous and I need that back in my life. Hence I've started running /working out again.

recap:
Monday: rest day/lots of biking with a stupid MTN bike.. grrrr I wish I had my road bike
T: 3.2k (2mi.) run followed by sit-ups and squats!
W: 4k (2.5mi) with 600m walk, followed by weights (chest), 100+ situps, push-ups and more
R: day off....

the Hills!
