rekindled committment, or spur of the moment

So it's October, and I've made a NEW self-committment to drop 100lbs and run 5 marathons...

yeah right!

Seriously I'm sooo proud of vash and Liz with their new found running joys that I'm jealous and I need that back in my life. Hence I've started running /working out again.

recap:
Monday: rest day/lots of biking with a stupid MTN bike.. grrrr I wish I had my road bike
T: 3.2k (2mi.) run followed by sit-ups and squats!
W: 4k (2.5mi) with 600m walk, followed by weights (chest), 100+ situps, push-ups and more
R: day off....
