good Tuesday

AM: did 2.7k swim at 7:02-7:50am

WU: 200 Free, 50 Breast 150 Free, 100 Breast 100 Free, 150 Breast 50 Free, 200 Breast

2 x 400 IM ( i think)
100 kick
3 x 150 (pull kick swim)

Cool Down: 250 m

Look a break, then went for a semi- good run.

10:40am-11:30am: Ran 6k, walked 2 laps (400m), ran 400m, walked last lap
(200m)

Therefore total distance: 7k
first 4 k, good pace ( medium)
Last 2k, (slowed down by 45% (est.) and felt really heavy.

all in all not a bad run.
